From our perspective, we are your partner and advocate. Your assigned Community Manager works regularly with the Board of Directors and your community residents. How that manager spends their time is determined by the scope of work in your management agreement, as well as specific requests from the Board of Directors. When you hire a management company, you have in fact purchased “time” from the management company and its team members. Your assigned Community Manager acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors, the community residents, and other Prestige team members to ensure that all necessary aspects of management you have contracted with us to perform on your behalf are adhered to and/or implemented in accordance with the Board’s direction.

As your partner and advocate, we will suggest strategies to help you build stronger, more effectively managed communities, improving the “Community Experience” for both Board Members and homeowners alike.

Our Leadership

Lisa Roberts, Prestige Management Group

Lisa Roberts graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning and has been in real estate management since 2006. She has extensive experience managing condominium Associations, single family home communities, Declarant controlled properties and Commercial Associations. She has earned the CMCA® designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations) through CAMICB, the AMS® designation (Association Management Specialist) through CAI (Community Association Institute), and the coveted PCAM® designation through CAI. She is also on the leadership team for CAMEO, which is a non-profit organization made up of CEO’s and owners of local community association management companies whose goal is to promote integrity and education within the community management profession.

Lisa is a graduate of the DCAL Program through CAI and holds the Advanced DCAL Certification (Dedicated Community Association Leader) and has been on the Board of Directors of her own HOA she owns a home in since 2017. She is certificate holder through the Nevada Real Estate Division as a Supervising Community Manager and holds a NV Broker-Salesperson license and Property Management Permit.

Lisa manages several Associations and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Prestige Management Group. She is known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and extensive knowledge of NRS 116 industry requirements for HOA’s. In her 18 years in the HOA management industry, she has experienced and in turn handled, almost every possible situation one could encounter, so her guidance and expertise is second to none. She is a true professional that views customer service a “lost art”, something she considers fundamental to the success of any business transaction.
